Wheat

Wheat is  is an important source of carbohydrates. It is leading source of  protein in human food, having a protein content of about 13%, which is relatively high compared to other major cereals but relatively low in protein quality for supplying essential amino acids.

After harvest, wheat may not be clean and may be mixed with small stone, brick, dust praticles and other large impurities, which will damage the processing equipment or block the piping system. therefore, the primary wheat cleaning process is required before wheat is stored.
